Dr. Silver understands the vulnerability that clients bring when seeking out professional help for sexual issues. She offers safety, confidentiality, respect, compassion, encouragement and support. She holds the belief that each of us need a safe place to explore what we want in relationship, emotionally and physically, and permission to seek out that which helps us thrive as human beings.
Her approach is sex positive and nonjudgmental. She encourages her clients to focus on pleasure rather than performance, and provides support, information and tools to help clients effectively address their sexual concerns. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the sexual goals they are committed to accomplishing.
