My office is located at 833 SW 11th Ave. behind the Central Library at the corner of SW 11th Ave and Taylor.
I am on the 9th floor of the Medical-Dental Building between Taylor and Yamhill.

The southbound trolley car stops in front of the Medical- Dental Building. The MAX train is one block away.
You may park on the street or there are several convenient lots nearby.

I am in Suite 925. Come up to the 9th floor and turn left out of the elevator.
In the waiting room there are several switches with therapistsʼ names on them. Flip the switch by my name and have a seat.
